Who We Are

At the Grass Family Foundation, our mission is simple yet powerful: to raise awareness about the critical need to increase funding for Epilepsy Research along with Anxiety and Depression treatments. 

While simultaneously creating a sustainable social enterprise business that is providing employment opportunities for teenagers, young adults, and adults who are Neurodivergent or have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). 

We believe that employment does more than produce a paycheck. It fosters confidence, structure, and pride.

That’s why we’re proud to support Pop’s Pizza, Sandwiches & Wings a groundbreaking nonprofit fast-casual restaurant concept founded by Carell “Pop” Grass, a restaurant veteran with over 30 years of experience and a personal connection to this cause. Inspired by his granddaughter, who has epilepsy and learning delays, Pop saw firsthand the systemic unemployment facing Neurodivergent and IDD individuals and decided to impact change.
